“I don’t know if you would call it the worst, but one of my parents’ friends gave us a small sculpture made to look like Rebecca from the bible. Not only is it a weird piece of art that isn’t our taste, it was only related to my name and had nothing to do with my husband!”

“We received a gift along the lines of massage oils and feathers and such — kind of had a Kama Sutra angle to it all — handbook and everything. Of course, it was 1980 so it might simply be a vestige of the ’70s vibe. I thought it was a bit weird and kind of unseemly since it came from someone not very close to us.”
