I know my comment won’t be funny, but that was apparently taken in Japan. Here (I live in Okinawa) they wear face masks because of the flu. They are scared of germs, it’s a cultural thing.
I aagree with The Dude. Obviously Japan, and during the Avian Flu scare, people wore masks in the street all the time. Maybe they are walking from the wedding to the reception?
