I like that it has a “Kama Sutra angle”…it says Kama Sutra right on it.
I see nothing wrong with a gift like this. It’s not like it’s a big dildo and a barrel of lube…unless you’re into that sort of thing.
Unless the couple getting married are known for their prudishness or are practicing Mennonites/Mormons, etc…nothing wrong with it.

That stuff is still around and is pretty awesome. I could see that being a weird wedding gift from someone not close to you, but from someone close it would be awesome. And no it’s not cheap!

It’s a line of products that have been around for years. I can tell you that they aren’t usually cheap either.

Perhaps they were hoping to help the newly married couple relax? From the caption, it would seem they needed to.

You can still get those in most sex stores up here in Mapleland, at least. I see them all the time.
