I think it’s all about your attitude and how you present yourself. If you’re confident and have good self esteem, then it shows on the outside and people see you as beautiful as you see yourself.

Anyone can change their weight, stop eating crap. A whole can of tuna and a veggie is 200 calories, a fish sandwich at Arby’s is 500 calories..

It is all science, you have to have calories in to get fat. Go to myfitnesspal or any other weight website and enter your info and it will tell you exactly how many calories to eat to lose weight. Eat HEALTHY foods and you will feel way fuller than if you eat crap.

All of the larger women I know, including myself, are loved and are indeed in relationships with men who adore their larger sizes.
